Memorandum Of Understanding between Construction Industry Development Council, New Delhi and Bapatla Engineering College, A.P.

CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, New Delhi, established by the Planning as a society under societies Registration Act, having its registered office at 801(8th) Floor, Hemkunt chambers, 89, Nehru Place, New Delhi - 110019, hereinafter "CIDC" as the FIRST PARTY , (which expressions shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context mean and include its successors and assigns).

BAPATLA ENGINEERING COLLEGE, mahatmajipuram G.B.C Road, Bapatla Post office, Guntur District, Andhra Pradesh herein after called BEC as the SECOND PARTY (which expression shall unless excluded by or repugnant to the context mean and include its successors and assigns).


This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) species a framework of co-operation and collaboration between Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) and Bapatla Engineering College (BEC) for generation of livelihoods for unemployed rural/semi urban youths weaker section of society under sponsored programme of "CSR" initiative of corporate sector in India & abroad.

Scope of all Collaborations:

Areas of Activities:
  1. To initiate the chapters of CIDC & Engineering Council of India in Andhra Pradesh.
  2. To launch skill testing & certification drive for Gulf oustees / workers.
  3. To launch skill training programs under CSR/Govt. Support.
  4. To launch industry interactions / Placement drives / Internships under ECI/AICTE scheme for engineering students in Andhra Pradesh State.

The Constuction Industry Development Council (CIDC) and Bapatla Engineering College (BEC), hereinafter referred to as Parties, have together decided to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to facilitate and undertake training for persons in construction skills including from SC/ST/OBC/Women & Economically Weaker Sections of the nation, Working in Andhra Pradesh State as per terms and conditions role & responsibilites matrix.
