To get placement offer, employability skills are essential and all have offered equal opportunities to acquire employability at campus levels at a subsidized student price rates.

All the departments have to start maintaining the database since 1st semester / 3rd sem (only for Diploma / lateral entry) candidates, irrespective of their academic percentages, only if they are interested in having CAMPUS Career Placements through the institution placement cell. A link for database filling as well as Employability skill development program got introduced for the first time at BEC and that enables us to plan every activity at Campus better.

85% & above (as per University norm) Classroom attendance percentage is made mandatory to sit for placements.

A copy of all the academic credentials along with their updated Resume and one recent color passport size photograph need to be submitted to the placement dept. in the pre-final year, as instructed.

Employability Skill Development programs are mandatory to all the career oriented students from first year to final year, with a min. of 80% of attendance are considered as eligible for sitting for campus placements.

All students meeting the above criterion, once reaches the pre-final year, becomes eligible for the campus placements.

Campus placement intimation will be circulated via email to all eligible students and the circular will be sent to all HODs with a request to display the same in their respective department notice boards.

Eligibility criteria generally considered for placements is 60% & above throughout their academics, consistently. It may vary depends on the recruitment policies of each company. Now focus is more on skills and application knowledge than mere academic scores of a candidate.

Every candidate must research on the company in advance to have maximum selections.

Eligible students have to come and confirm their participation in advance (on the time specified for the same) with the placement dept.

Being eligible, if you are not attending the process, then please submit a letter with your reasons for your absence.

Please share your recruitment exposure (if attended) and the stages of selection the candidate had undergone, within 2 days after the hiring date.

If not attended after confirming your participation, then will not be allowed to sit for any further campus placements.

Once offered by a company, a copy of the offer letter along with an updated Resume, letter sharing exposure of the process and one passport size photograph has to be submitted within a week’s time from the receipt of offer letter.
