We are delighted to announce that Bapatla Engineering College will celebrate its XII Graduation Day to honor the achievements of the 2025
passed-out students on Saturday, 8th November 2025 at 10:00 AM in the Examination Halls, Auditorium Building. Please note that without prior registration you will not be allowed to participate in the function. The last date for registration is 05/11/2025. The registration guidelines are enclosed.
All the graduated students of Y21 and L22 Batches are cordially invited to participate in this momentous occasion and receive their Graduation Certificates in the presence of distinguished guests, faculty, and peers.
The XII Graduation Day event will be coordinated by Dr. Nazeer Shaik, Professor, Department of Computer Science & Engineering. Students are required to register online to confirm their participation.
The registration link is available on the college website and will also be shared through the respective department WhatsApp groups.
All Heads of Departments are requested to circulate this circular among students through departmental WhatsApp groups and ensure timely registration.

We glad that you are attending the graduation day on November 8, 2025 (Saturday). Kindly make it convenient to be seated in your place before 9.30 a.m. without fail. Make sure that you in the specified dress code to receive the degree.
Dress Code
- Registration link is made available at college website and it will also be shared by the departments through whatsapp group. Registrations close by 05/11/2025.

- Please report and confirm your presence in the campus to the respective
departments on 08/11/2025 before 8.00 a.m and collect the file, Graduation stole and lunch coupons.-
- Make sure that you in the specified dress code and wear the academic robe to receive the degree. Male students attending the Graduation day must wear white & white KURTHA PYJAMA and Female students must wear white & white SALWAR SUIT, compulsorily, otherwise they will not be permitted to participate in the Convocation.
- Student may bring maximum 2 guests (parents / siblings only) along with you with prior registration. Separate seating will be provided for the guests.
- Once graduation day procession starts, no new graduate will be allowed to enter the venue. For such candidates and absentees, degree certificates will be given separately at a later date.
- Students have to form queue while receiving the graduation certificates. After that they have to return to their respective seats and shall not leave the function hall.
- Graduation day is a solemn occasion. Hence, you are expected to be in specified dress, to observe norms of decency and decorum and to avoid talking when the ceremony is in progress.
- Use of cellphone is strictly prohibited inside the venue and you have to switchoff your mobile compulsorily, until the program is over.
- New graduates can have their photographs on payment basis from the function photographer.
- The students shall stand when the guests arrive on to the dais and at the time when they leave the dais.
- Students shall stand and perform oath of graduation.
- The students shall stand at the time of singing national anthem and shall wait in the function hall until all the guests leave the hall.
- The participating students in graduation day have to clear the dues in advance and submit the no dues certificate.
- The students, who have already taken certificates, need to bring the certificates for convocation and handover to department coordinator by 8.00 a.m. on 08.11.2025(Saturday).
- Only registered candidates will be allowed (student/parents/siblings).
- Students can submit the no dues and collect the certificates from the exam section on 07.11.2025, 2.00 p.m. onwards till 8.11.2025 9.30 a.m. and from 08.11.2025 from 2.00 pm onwards.
- Last date for registration is 05.11.2025
