We are happy to welcome you to the XI GRADUATION DAY (for 2024 passed out students) of Bapatla Engineering College will be held on August 17, 2024 (Saturday) at 10.00 a.m. I am glad that you are attending the graduation day on August 17, 2024 (Saturday). Kindly make it convenient to be seated in your place before 9.30 a.m. without fail. Make sure that you in the specified dress code (Convocation Gown) to receive the degree.

• Registration link is made available at college website and it will also be shared by the departments through whatsapp Registrations close by 10/08/2024.
• Please report and confirm your presence in the campus to the respective departments on 17/08/2024 before 8.00 a.m and collect the file and lunch
• Those who take the degree on graduation day must wear the convocation gown. The convocation gown will be made available to the candidates on 17/08/2024 from 00 a.m. onwards at COE office. The convocation gowns are made available on rent basis.
• Student may bring maximum 2 guests (parents / siblings only) along with you with prior Separate seating will be provided for the guests.
• Once graduation day procession starts, no new graduate will be allowed to enter the venue. For such candidates and absentees, degree certificates will be given separately at a later date.
• Students have to form queue while receiving the graduation certificates. After that they have to return to their respective seats and shall not leave the function

• Graduation day is a solemn occasion. Hence, you are expected to be in specified dress, to observe norms of decency and decorum and to avoid talking when the ceremony is in
