Five M.Tech. Courses, viz (1) ‘CAD/CAM’ specialization’ in Mech. Engg. Dept., (2) ‘Communications & Signal Processing’ in ECE Dept., (3) ‘Computer Science & Engineering’ In CSE Dept., (4) ‘Power Systems Engineering’ in EEE Dept., and (5) ‘Structural Engineering’ in Civil Dept. are also offered.
M.Tech PG Courses:
P.G. Sciences and Humanities
Apart from the above courses in Engineering, the College offers six P.G. Courses, viz., M. Sc.(Maths), M.Sc.(Electronics), M. Sc.(Computer Sciences), M. Sc.(Organic Chemistry), M. Sc.(Analytical Chemistry), M. Sc.(Physics) and MCA with a total intake of 270.

From the academic year 2009-2010, the Polytechnic course is being offered under Bapatla Engineering College in the second shift.
